FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering Retilin that is introduced via irrigation catheter into retrobulbar space at a dose of 5 ml 5 times a day every 3 h. Cortexin is additionally intramuscularly administered at a dose of 1 ml once a day. Photo magnetic stimulation of the optic analyzer is carried out in combination with accommodation training on computer once a day. The treatment course is 10 days long. EFFECT: improved vision function; stable effect. _
