FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and can be applied for conservative treatment of involutional eyes diseases. Course of optical-reflex trainings of ciliary and oculomotor muscles is carried out with application of spherical and spherical-prismatic lenses simultaneously with injection treatment 5-60 minutes before injection, starting from the third day of course. Training lasts 10-20 minutes and is carried out on apparatus Visotronic. As injection treatment subconjunctival or parabulbar injections are used. As medications used are biogenic peptides, for instance, retinalamine and histochrome.
EFFECT: method of treating involutional eye diseases makes it possible to increase efficiency of treatment of involutional eye diseases by delivery of medications to posterior parts of eye and due to more active interaction of medications with structure elements of eye tissues.
