FIELD: cleaning, decontamination and use of gas and liquid flows. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes regeneration units, gas line and pipe lines connecting the regeneration units, gas blower and pumps; besides that, plant is provided with unit for treatment of gas flow and liquid agent circulating in regeneration unit in closed cycle; each regeneration unit is provided with receiver, pump and high-speed straight-flow apparatus with one or several stages for gas-and- liquid treatment at supply of liquid agent circulating in closed cycle by means of pump; connected to high-speed straight-flow apparatus is pipe line for draining liquid agent from high-speed straight-flow apparatus into receiver which is provided with suspension removal unit; unit for treatment of gas flow is mounted on gas line connecting the regeneration units; unit for treatment of liquid agent circulating in closed cycle is mounted on liquid agent drain pipe line; regeneration units are additionally provided with device for preparation and accumulation of liquid agent and supply of it to regeneration units by means of pump via pipe lines.
