FIELD: concentration of crushed minerals; methods of control of operation of concentrating plant-mineral separator. SUBSTANCE: proposed method may be applied for check of operation of two-stage roentgen-luminescence mineral separator. Proposed method is based on calculations of number of detection. Result is judged from relationship between number of detection n1 of first stage of separator and number of detection n2 of its second stage given in Specification. For multi-passages separators numbers of detection in each passage are summed up. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of automatic monitoring. 3 cl, 1 tbl
