METHOD FOR MOULDING OF SILICATE AIRBRICK Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B28B3/00 

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method is intended for moulding of silicate airbrick with the help of press with lower movable crosspiece, which bears dies (1), and die mould (2) installed with the possibility of lowering and lifting in press bed plate, and counterdie (3) is installed above die mould (2) with the possibility of displacement from position over die mould (2) to the side. Method includes charging of semidry moulding mixture into die mould (2), installation of counterdie (3) in position over die mould (2), pressing of moulding mixture by addition of dies (1) into die mould (2) at the bottom. After pressing of moulding mixture, die mould (2) and dies (1) are lowered, which makes it possible to reduce resistance to further displacement of counterdie (3). Then after lowering of die mould (2), counterdie (3) is shifted from position over die mould to the side and pressing of airbrick from die mould (2) by dies (1) due to their upward motion.

EFFECT: reduced resistance to motion of counterdie after pressing.
