FIELD: mechanical engineering, applicable in chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the device has a shape-forming body, filler placer, means providing for polymerization of the product, support engageable with the product getting off the shape-forming body all installed on a frame. The support consists of two components spaced apart in the length of the product in the zone joining the point of getting off of the product with the mandrel. One component represents a follow-rest containing rollers spring-loaded in the radial direction, engageable with the product and rotating relatively to the axes, positioned tangentially relatively to the product axis, and a drive mechanism rotating the follow-rest with rollers at the product angular velocity. The second support component represents a rigid supporting ring with a diameter somewhat larger than the outside diameter of the product, located in a bearing and freely rotating in it. The ring plane can be turned relative to the device vertical axis, and during manufacture of the product it can be turned through such an angle relative to the transverse plane of the product so that the axial component of the linear velocity of the ring points engageable with the product would correspond to the velocity of product getting- off from the mandrel.
