FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of people and cargoes over short distances and also as vehicle for children. Proposed scooter contains steering column with wheel, saddle installed on longitudinal bracket, cross beam and two posts with wheels and steps connected to cross beam. Vehicle is furnished with accelerator to increase speed and obtain additional playing effect. Accelerator consists of arc-shaped bracket and rubber tie (bridge).
