FIELD: updated methods of processing leaf wood and separation of bioflavanoids, such as dihydroquercetin. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of wood by grinding, fractionating and preliminary wetting followed by extraction of natural agents when components of extraction mass are in fluidized state. Solution of aqueous ethyl alcohol and deionized water are used as solvent. Process is conducted at temperature of 30-40 C. Bioflavanoids are separated from water-alcohol extracts. Bioflavanoids are re-crystallized from water and dry extract by absorption with water-acetone solvent and vacuum distillation. EFFECT: reduction of time required for process; reduced consumption of organic solvent; reduced usage of metals; facilitated procedure. 8 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
