FIELD: wood industry.
SUBSTANCE: installation for complex processing of larch wood includes a loading device equipped with a solvent supply unit, a solvent preheater, a feeder hopper, a screw conveyor. Installation includes a chopper-dismembrator with subsequently linked crushed raw material extractor, filter for liquid and solid pulp separation, liquid pulp vapour condenser equipped with a header for dihydroquercetin extract vapours introduction and a header for solvent condensate accumulation, liquid pulp evaporator, made in the form of the evaporator and having a water vapour condensate header, extractor for dihydroquercetin concentrate processing, filter for separation of solid component and liquid component containing wood oil, liquid component evaporator, solid component extractor, solid component filter, technical dihydroquercetin evaporator, crystalliser, crystalline dihydroquercetin filter, crystalline dihydroquercetin dryer. Installation includes a centrifugal pump, a solid pulp extractor designed as a separator mixer and connected with the water vapour condensate header via the centrifugal pump, a filter for solid pulp separation to wooden-cellulose mass and arabinogalactan solution, a wood-cellulose mixer, arabinogalactan solution filter, made as a drum vacuum filter, an arabinogalactan dryer, made as a fluidized layer dryer, distillation column with a distillate outlet connected to a solvent supply unit, and a distillery slop outlet, connected via the centrifugal pump with the solid pulp extractor. The filter for arabinogalactan solution is connected to the distillation column and the solvent supply unit. The filter for separation to liquid and solid pulps and the filter for wood-cellulose mass and arabinogalactan solution separation are made in the form of pressing screw-presses. The liquid pulp evaporator is connected to the dihydroquercetin extract vapour introduction header.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce power consumption for the process due to recovery of dihydroquercetin extract vapour thermal energy for liquid pulp preheating and water vapour condensate thermal energy for solid pulp extractor heating.
