FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in casing of oil and gas wells with liners. SUBSTANCE: device consists of hollow body, slip-piston unit and sealing-pressing unit. Slip-piston unit has hollow piston installed in case and connected by means of collet with wedge-shaped slips. The latter are made for motion over cone-shaped supporting surface formed by hollow body. Sealing-pressing unit includes sealing member resting on rectangular projection of hollow body. Rectangular projection of hollow body. Rectangular projection of hollow body of sealing-pressing unit has cylindrical bore whose side internal surface is inclined towards bore base to its external side surface at angle of 1/25-1/50″. Sealing-pressing unit additionally has slotted joint including shaft connected with drill string and bushing. Shaft one end is made in form of gear-wheel of external gearing. Bushing is telescopically connected with hollow body for radial rotation. Its internal surface is made in form of gear-wheel of internal gearing. Bushing consists of upper cylindrical part having annular bore, middle conical part and lower cylindrical part. Fitted on lower cylindrical part are spring split rings. EFFECT: higher efficiency of device operation and qualitative disconnection of annular space. 3 dwg
