FIELD: thermal engineering; steam generator manufacture. SUBSTANCE: oval opening located in opposition to tangential inlet opening and at least three radial openings uniformly disposed over perimeter of nozzle provided with vortex generator and disposed in upper part of separator coaxially with its vertical axis in clearance between oval opening and vanes of vortex generator mounted under radial opening are made so as to enable installation of starting separator within space confined on top. Installed in bottom part of casing coaxially to the latter are seam-outlet pipe having funnel-shaped inlet section and separated-water outlet pipe. EFFECT: facilitated admission of steam-water mixture to separator in horizontal plane only. 1 cl, 3 dwg
