FIELD: radio communications. SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are related to personal radio communications and may be found useful for mobile telephone communication systems. System has mobile communication facility 1 that functions to directly transmit message by generating electromagnetic radiation or to transmit it through repeater 3 by producing auxiliary radiation flux. Mobile communication system 1 receives data directly from transceiving base station 9 or from mobile repeater 3 which generates auxiliary radiation for the purpose.
