The complex consists of a servicing centre incorporating data gathering, processing, transfer and display means and a set of users' equipment. The latter includes a trinket central processor, a trinket transcoder, a trinket IR transceiver, an IR transceiver of the system, a system transcoder, an IR channel galvanic decoupling, and IR interface controller, a central processor unit, a memory unit, a second-pulse generator, an interface multiplexer, a pickup and actuator microprocessor-based device, a decoupling unit, a GPS-module, a GSM-module, a pickup controller, an actuator controller, an interface to connect an outer PC, a radio beacon, a system interface stand-by module, level converters, power keys, a power supply voltage pulse converter, a system supply voltage stabiliser unit, an integrated storage battery system, an actuator supply voltage pulsed converter, an actuator voltage stabiliser unit and actuators' storage battery.

EFFECT: long-range alarm signaling, high noise immunity in the communication channel in an independent object protection system, no-cracking communication, high level of protection against an aggressive hardware attack.
