FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, device contains clamps arranged near each other and enclosing the barrel. Ends of clamps are connected with clamping bolts by means of crew sleeves. Clamps are provided with locks preventing their turning around longitudinal axis with provision of longitudinal displacement. According to other design version, device contains clamp enclosing the barrel and secured on platform body frame cradle, and clamp lock preventing turning of clamp around longitudinal axis and providing its longitudinal displacement.
