FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: tank contains inner shell (1) made of stainless steel and outer shell (2) made of composite material. On the outer surface of tank, metal inserts (6) are located to which inserts pickups (3) are fixed through composite material layer of outer shell. Outer part of drain instrument is attached to L-shaped lower metal ring facing upwards, on the outer surface of cistern tank inner shell the L-shaped upper metal ring facing downwards, the lower and upper rings are fastened together through composite material layer of cistern tank outer shell, and inner part of the drain instrument is fastened to L-shaped upper ring through inner shell of cistern tank. The cistern wagon is provided with backlash-free shoes.

EFFECT: higher safety of transported product quality and strength of tank-to-car frame attachment and lower tank weight.
