FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: dehydration of waste is stimulated by adding flocculation mixture to sediment before dehydration. Dehydration process involves at least 10% of waste taken from secondary and primary sediments formed from printing ink decoloration waste in paper processing, from secondary processing of wastepaper, and from mechanical disintegration of cellulose. Dehydration is performed by flocculation of sediment by mixing it with flocculation mixture followed by separating water from flocculated sediment. Flocculation mixture contains phenol substance and poly(alkylene oxide) flocculant. EFFECT: enhanced dehydration efficiency and facilitated dosage. 17 cl, 4 tbl, 4 ex
