FIELD: adhesives and glued articles. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing layered panels, or so called "sandwich panels", suitable as ornamental and heat-insulation materials. Manufacture of processing- strong sandwich panels fit to be transported to final hardening place for a short period of time (during which time glued connection should be unbroken in case of using layers with glossy finish) is achieved by employing glue composition consisting of A and B components. Component A is prepared by preliminarily mixing polyester obtained by polycondensation of aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 4-6 carbon atoms with a polyol selected from ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, glycerol, trimethylolpropane, and their mixture, catalyst selected from diazobicyclooctane, tertiary amines, organotin compounds, and their mixtures, and optionally toluene or ethyl acetate. Component B is prepared by preliminarily mixing polyisocyanate and ethyl acetate solution of product obtained by condensation of poly(butylene glycol adipate), butylene glycol, and toluylene diisocyanate. Glue composition is laid on inner side of lower layer, onto which middle layer (foamed polystyrene, foamed polyurethane, or glasswool) is further placed, whereupon glue composition is laid on open surface of middle layer, covered by top layer, and thus obtained preform is rolled.
