SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction polyisocyanate and hydroxyl-containing material, excess amount of polyisocyanate being used. Said process is carried out in the presence of frothing agent, stabilizing agent and catalyst. Said catalyst is chosen of group which contains carboxylate of quaternary ammonium base, carboxylate of alkali metal and tris-(1,3,5-dimethylaminopropyl)hexahydrotriazine. It is used together with 1-methyl-3-methylphospholene oxide at their mass ratio 93.0-99.75:7.0-0.25. Frothing and hardening are carried out at increased acidity of origin materials.
