Composition contains 100–240 parts by weight of ethyl acetate solvent, 4–16 parts by weight of Desmodur 44V20L polyisocyanate, 3–7 parts by weight of glycerol, 0.5 parts by weight of tin dibutyl dilaurate and 2 parts by weight of Irganox, and as a basis, the composition contains 100 parts by weight of SKU-8Tb and / or SKU-8A urethane rubber.

EFFECT: use of this composition makes it possible to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the surface layer material, its ozone resistance and its resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation.
