FIELD: efficient multiple-processor computer systems. SUBSTANCE: system that can be used for real-time-processing of signals coming from multiple-antenna arrays of sonar systems and various stations has its functional characteristics determined by its hardware and software means aimed at implementing wide spectrum of algorithms for processing and displaying hydroacoustic signals. Digital computer system has modular reconfigurable architecture and incorporates programmable signal processor modules, electronic computer modules, and operator s workstation with control console. Data transmission to input and its exchange among programmable signal processor modules is carried out via high-speed channels; all programmable signal processor modules and electronic computers are interconnected by Ethernet and Manchester 2 networks; control console is provided in addition with optical disk handler and digital recorder for output data recording and documentation.
