SUBSTANCE: device has basic computation units, control unit, external bus controller, two local static memory arrays, system bus controller, frame relay unit, inner F-bus. Basic computation units are connected to each other by means of communication lines. Separate communication lines provides their connection to control unit, which is designed as special-purpose processor with reduced instruction set. Inputs and outputs of controlled are connected to inner bus. Frame relay unit is designed using high-speed hot link receivers-transmitters that use electrical and optical communication lines.
