SUBSTANCE: device has VME control bus, local processor bus control unit, unit of registers, control unit for receivers/transmitters of address and data, control unit for processor interrupts, control line of VME bus, control line of local processor bus, address and data line of system controller, control line for control of address and data receivers/transmitters, processor interrupts line, unit for generation of VME bus address, which outputs are connected to inputs of VME bus control unit and processor address decoder which inputs are connected to processor address lines, and which inputs/outputs are connected to inputs/outputs of processor local bus control unit and to inputs/outputs of unit for generation of VME bus address.
