CONVERTER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2207695 C2

FIELD: electrical energy converters. SUBSTANCE: dc voltage converter that has pumping choke whose secondary winding is connected to common lead through second capacitor is provided with fifth diode to maintain constant voltage; in addition number of secondary-winding turns is greatly reduced in pumping choke whose dissipation inductance is used for resonant discharge of first capacitor. Circuit arrangement of additional dc voltage supply and changes in winding data of pumping choke have made it possible to reduce requirements to choke coil insulation strength and to reverse voltage of insulated diodes. EFFECT: simplified design of pumping choke; enlarged functional capabilities of converter. 1 cl, 1 dwg
