FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording electrocardiogram in 80 points on chest surface in rest state, after each step of bicycle ergometer test and during recovery period. Isointegral and isointegral differential maps of ST-intervals are plotted. Values from j to j+60 mc points are analyzed. The obtained parameters are substituted into Discriminant equations built for aortic failure and for combined aortic failure and myocardial ischemia. Coronary artery stenosis availability is considered to be the case when the value given by the second equation is greater than that given by the first one. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis; enabled preoperative preparation to be optimized. 10 dwg
