FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: in patients ECG is registered in 80 points upon thoracic surface to obtain isointegral and isointegral difference maps of QRS intervals. One should analyze the following values: QRST morphology, type of ventricular complex, ratio of negative extreme value to positive one, integral value on maps. Parameters obtained are put into discriminant equations for aneurysm and scar alterations. One should conclude upon postinfarction aneurysm in patient at comparing the values of these equations. The present method enables to noninvasively detect the presence of postinfarction aneurysm and optimize therapy conducted. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 2 dwg
