FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology. An electrocardiogram is recorded in multiple points of thorax in rest and after physical activity. It is followed with plotting the cards of QRS complex difference between the derived cartograms of a patient and cartograms of healthy persons and the cards of QRS difference of the patient taken prior to and after physical activity. The plotted QRS cards are compared, and if a local zone of negative potentials is observed on the QRS card of the patient in positive potentials of cartograms of the healthy person, cicatricial changes of myocardium or an area of myocardium hibernation are considered to be observed. Then the cartograms of the patient prior to and after physical activity are compared, and preserved negative zone of negative potential after the load confirmed on the card of QRS differences shows cicatricial changes of myocardium. Positive potentials in earlier found negative zone indicates preserved viable myocardium and areas of myocardium hibernation found.

EFFECT: invention allows improving sensitivity and specificity of diagnostics of cicatricial changes of myocardium and myocardium hibernation in the patients suffering from coronary heart disease.
