FIELD: processing loose materials; chemical and allied industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes continuously metering components, loading them into mixer at distance from point of unloading proportional to bulk densities and/or sizes of particles, mixing and unloading prepared mixture. Loading of each of component is performed continuously over length of mixer as far as unloading edge of drum. Device proposed for realization of this method continuous mixer, component proportioners, component loading unit and prepared mixture unloading unit. Device is provided with n-1 perforated tubes mounted inside mixer along its axis and with rotation drives. Perforated shells of definite length are mounted on perforated tube for performing fixed turn. In initial position all holes of shells coincide with those of tube.
