FIELD: mixing.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the uniform step-by-step charging of components over the length of the mixer and their mixing. The charging is carried out uniformly over the length of the mixer and step-by-step in order of decreasing particle sizes and/or increasing the material density. The mixing is provided due to the shifting and "piston" displacement of material particles. To ease the start of the engine, the process begins with low intensities of both the "piston" and shifting displacements. The maximum "piston" displacement is then organized, and the process is completed at the maximum intensity of the shifting displacement. The device has a housing provided with a hollow shaft with working members whose axles are jointed to a mechanism for changing their rotation mounted in the shaft space. The blades are rounded at the periphery. The radius of the roundness is determined by the radius of the cylindrical bottom, length and rotation angle of the blades as well as the blade width depending on the length of the mixer, the number of rows and rotation angle of the blades with respect to the axis of rotation of the shaft.
EFFECT: improved quality of mixture.
