FIELD: chemical and food and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with technology of preparation of mixture of loose materials and may be used in chemical, food, microbiological and other industries. The method provides for a loading of components in a bin of batchers, a serial components feeding in the form of the continuous streams in the mixer. Loading of components is realized by separate batches in the regular time intervals in series beginning from the batcher located closer to the loading edge of the mixer. The intervals between loadings are proportional to distances between the unloading units of batchers, and each batch of a component has equal weight proportional to percentage the component in the finished mixture. The device contains batchers, a band-type conveyer with partitions and a vibrator. The batchers contain some inclined vibrating chutes capable to move strictly along the conveyor and the batchers control unit. The technical result is an improved quality of preparation of mixtures.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased quality of preparation of mixtures.
