FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polyurethane-bitumen composition intended for manufacturing new and repairing old roofing as well as for damp-proofing and anticorrosive protection of various surfaces. Composition consists of bitumen, polyol component, and isocyanate component. As polyol and isocyanate components, composition contains prepolymer based on mixture of polyoxypropylenetriols with molecular weight between 250 and 5000 and toluilenediisocyanate at their weight ratio (75-85):(25-15), whereas bitumen is bitumen-slate mastic. Content of bitumen in composition is 80-90%. EFFECT: increased relative elongation at rupture of material, improved strength characteristics of hardened material, and decreased its water absorption. 5 ex
