PROCESS OF MOUNTING OF PRESTRESSED STRUTTED UNIT OF COVERING Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: building structures, prestressed strutted units of covering employed as bearing structures of covering of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: process of mounting of prestressed strutted unit of covering includes attachment of stirrups to ends of stiffening member united by draw bar and installation of cores of strut frame. Stirrups are passed through loops on ends of draw bar. Then guides on ends of cores of strut frame are rested on segment-shaped butts of locks of draw bar. Cross bars of cores of strut frame are entered into curvilinear guides of stiffening member and are tied up by temporary draw bar fitted with drawing facility with which aid cross bars of cores of strut frame are displaced in opposition till they touch rests in curvilinear guides. Thereupon fixing arms are installed and temporary draw bar is dismounted. EFFECT: reduced labor input mounting of prestressed strutted units of covering. 8 dwg
