FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: drying cabinet is made in the form of two paired modules separated by single wall provided with communicating channel having section regulated by means of shutter with manual drive. Each module has heat-insulated casing comprising removable upper cover with moisture content sensors built therein. Charging-discharge windows are formed in module end walls and closed with hermetically sealing flaps. Casing incorporates fan with impeller mounted for rotation on vertical pin and provided with electric engine positioned outside casing, heating element, diffuser having widening upper part and equipped with air flow distributor, and tray guides positioned between module windows. Said parts are arranged inside casing in mentioned succession from the top to the bottom. Temperature sensors are positioned in diffuser and electrically connected to control panel equipped with timer. Supporting tables are attached to diffuser end walls and provided with guides making continuation of guides positioned inside modules.
