SUBSTANCE: one should develop two pairs of symmetrical osseous channels: one passes through pedicles of small arches of underlying vertebra obliquely upwards through intervertebral disks into the body of overlying vertebra. Then one should introduce osseous transplants into channels developed to carry out stabilization with the help of apparatus for external fixation by over- and underlying vertebrae for 2.5 mo that increases fixation rigidity.
