FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bone screws and threaded rod binding them. The threaded rod is bound to the screws by means of plate having holes and bosses having rings axes of which are directed along the plates. A row of holes is produced on one side with respect to the boss on long shoulders of the plate turned outwards and one hole is produced on the other side on short plate shoulders. Plate holes match screw diameters. Screw heads mounted on long plate shoulders have slits. Screw heads mounted on short shoulders of the plates are ring-shaped and also have slits. A threaded rod having fixing nuts is introduced into screw head holes and boss rings. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 1 dwg
