FIELD: medicine; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: patient is subjected to longitudinal distraction of vertebral column and to traction of displacement vertebra in retro direction with help of threaded rods and resilient loops attached to external fixation apparatus. After placing vertebra in right place and eliminating neurological disturbances, retrocorporodesis of vertebrae is practised simultaneously with removal of external fixation apparatus. EFFECT: atraumatic resetting in place of displaced vertebrae; restored function; eliminated neurological disturbances.
