FIELD: manufacture of percussion tools. SUBSTANCE: electric drive includes housing, shaft and two similarly movable portions with members for securing multistriker percussion tools which are mounted on shaft and are joined with housing by means of tension springs. One movable portion is mounted jointly on shaft center; other movable portion having two similar halves symmetrically arranged relative to central portion is rigidly secured to shaft ends. Movable portions have four turned one to another in pairs = -shaped magnetic circuits in the form of part of body of revolution with openings for shaft. Two windings are arranged coaxially relative to shaft between two pairs of magnetic circuits. Windings are rigidly connected one to another and they are jointly connected with shaft in such a way that to form two rotary electromagnets. Magnetic circuits at side of housing are provided with permanent magnets turned one to another in pairs by the same poles and they are arranged with gap. Windings are jointly connected with shaft and they are provided with stop member. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities provided due to using electric drive. 2 dwg
