FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method for preparing fodder protein product involves culturing yeast in tricomponent nutrient medium consisting of post-alcohol vinasse (hydrolysis of grain) where bran is added. Prepared mixture is subjected for heat treatment at 70-90 C and then after its cooling up to 30-35 C alcohol condensate comprising 20% of ethyl alcohol is added. In the continuous culturing process the output is 6.9-7.6 kg/m3/h at content of crude protein 49.7-50% in ready product. Method ensures to enhance productivity of working alcohol plants, to improved quality of ready product by the content of crude protein.
