FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technological processes connected with manufacturing fodder protein products obtained due to bioconversion of plant waste products. The developed method deals with growing protein microorganismsproducers under conditions of aeration upon nutritive medium containing either bran and/or meal of cereals subjected to pretreatment with rotor-pulsation cavitation apparatus at hydromodulus of 1:5 - 1:8 as a carbon source for not less than 20 min. As protein producers one should apply the mixture of yeasts-saccharomycetes and/or bacteria possessing amylolytic enzymes, and fungi utilizing organic acids at the content of the latter being within 20-30%. Nutritive medium contains one mineral component (nitrogen source as one of ammonium salts). As yeasts-saccharomycetes one should apply Saccharomyces cerevisiae (diastaticus) VKPM-y-1218 strain, as bacteria - Acinetobacter calcoaceticus O-1 strain. Ready-to-use fodder product contains increased quantity of crude protein and true protein against the known quantity.
