FIELD: stepped motion actuators. SUBSTANCE: proposed drive has bellows hydraulic cylinder consisting of two power bellows mounted coaxially in housing with common central movable wall connected with unit being displaced; one cavity of bellows hydraulic cylinder is communicated with constant pressure source and other cavity is communicated with metering unit; it is made in form of several bellows of different effective cross-section area; it includes clamps and stops for securing movable wall of each bellows relative to housing of power hydraulic cylinder or relative to movable bracket rigidly connected with nut of screw anti-friction pair whose motion screw is actuated by reversible stepping motor.
