FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed drive is meant for micro-increment movements of an actuating unit with variable value of the micro-increment and incremental working or accelerated movements and has an actuating hydraulic cylinder and a measuring device with a mechanism for controlling measured volume in form of a bidirectional step motor and ball screw roller pair. The device is in form of coaxially fitted in a common housing, connected to the actuating unit, six bellows, differentiated in pairs form effective sectional area and with common central moveable walls, each of which can be fixed for selection of the value of the micro-increment when micro-increment movements are transferred to the housing of the hydraulic cylinder, the plunger and the actuating unit. The right cavities of each pair of bellows are joined to the right, and the left, accordingly, to the left cavity of the measuring device, which is made in form of two coaxially fitted bellows, the immoveable sides of which are bordered by a support arm, and the middle mobile wall is rigidly joined by one side to the nut of the ball screw roller pair, actuated by the bidirectional step motor, and can be fixed about the plunger on the other side. The cavities of the hydraulic cylinder, measuring device and the connecting lines are made in form of a hydraulic system, working in close circulation mode.
EFFECT: simplification of control and increased technological effectiveness.
