FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: on the basis of the stand there is an integrated step servomotor, a non-contact torque sensor, a tailstock, collet clamps for centering and fastening the transmission shaft, linear guides with a support for the fastening of the nut, two linear displacement sensors, hydraulic cylinders for creating the workload, sensors of vibration acceleration. The tailstock has the ability to move, which makes it possible to test gears of different sizes. The screw of the tested mechanism is installed in collet clamps to reduce the error of basing, the nut is fixed to the support. The test modes depend on the parameters that need to be obtained and can be static and dynamic.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the stand, increasing the accuracy of measurement parameters and calculating the technical characteristics of the transmission.
