SUBSTANCE: bracket is made in the form of angular shape and it has vertical flange with means for securing it to support and horizontal supporting flange. The last is provided at least with two vertical plate type holders mounted, mainly in parallel relative to plane of vertical flange and made with possibility of motion relative to lengthwise axis of horizontal flange and with possibility of their fixation.
