ENDODONTO-ENDOSSAL IMPLANT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring anatomical shape and function of separate teeth and, also, for substituting defects of dental rows by both detachable and nondetachable constructions of dentures with supporting elements upon implant. The latter is designed as rod of larger diameter including intraradicular part and installed rod of smaller diameter including intraosseous and intraradicular parts. Along the whole length of intraradicular part of larger-diameter rod the thread is designed for connection with smaller-diameter rod intraosseous part of which is covered with screw incision, and its superior part in the form of hexahedron is screwed with additional fixing rod. At the upper part of larger-diameter rod crown part is designed with installed artificial dental crown. The present innovation enables to increase reliability in implant's fixation that provides possibility to conduct curative and correcting measures at alteration of clinical situation.
