FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and can be applied for temporary tooth replacement for osteointegration of an intraosseous implant root. It involves computer-aided tomography of the jaws. Stereolithography samples of a temporary subperiostal implant shaped after anatomic pattern of the jaw are made. A mucoperiosteal graft is separated. The intraosseous implant roots are fixed with the temporary subperiostal implant spaced thereover. The space is filled with an osteoplastic material. The wound is tightly closed with leaving heads of the subperiostal implant over the gingival level. A temporary dental bridge is cemented.
EFFECT: method allows improving implant osteointegration conditions.
