FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making capsulotomy with curved needle usable for subcutaneous injections by applying joining micro-perforations method. The capsulotomy is carried out along horizontal line of 2.30 -9.30 o'clock. The first pierce of the capsule is carried out on the given line at the point positioned 0.5-1.0 mm medial relative to pupil center. Capsulotomy scale is 5.0-5.5 mm large with 0.5- 1.0 mm displacement to medial side from the pupil center. EFFECT: reduced risk of capsule sack rupture. 2 dwg
