FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for ablation of secondary cataracts in presence of anterior capsulorhexis phimosis. Two opposite retina paracenteses are applied. Viscoelastics are introduced into anterior chamber and under IOL. Mobilisation of IOL is performed. Fibrously changed anterior lens capsule is dissected in projection of opposite retina paracentesis maximally close to the edge of IOL optic part in direction "from inside-outside" with long spear-shaped knife 0.9 mm wide through earlier applied opposite retina paracenteses. Application of two opposite paracenteses ia performed in upper and lower parts of fibrously changed anterior capsule in projection of opposite retina paracentesis. Proliferating cells of crystalline lens epithelium are ablated by bimanual automated aspiration-irrigation system. Posterior crystalline lens capsule is polished with tips of bimanual automated aspiration-irrigation system brought in directly through cuts of anterior crystalline lens capsule immediately under earlier implanted IOL.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain operation access to dimmed posterior crystalline lens capsule under IOL, carry out safe and fast IOL mobilisation.
