FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For phacoemulsification of cataract with subluxation of the lens using the LenSx femtosecond laser software with a wavelength of 1,030 nm, anterior circular capsulorhexis is formed with the effect centration on the data of optical coherence tomography with a diameter of 4.8–5.3 mm to a depth of 250–300 mcm with a pulse energy of 4–5 mcJ with a pulse distance of 3–5 mcm. Fragmentation of the nucleus of the lens with an energy of 5–10 mcJ at a depth of 90 % of the thickness of the lens with a distance between laser pulses of 6–10 mcm is carried out. Corneal incisions are made – the main three-profile on a strong axis 2,000 microns long and 2 additional incisions with a cutoff angle of 30 degrees with a trapezoidal section tapering inward by 0.1 mm with a pulse energy of 4–5 mcJ with a laser pulse distance of 4 mcm. Next, the lens nucleus is fragmented by precision incisions using ultrasound and aspiration with a phacoemulsifier with a 45–50 % reduction in ultrasound energy.
EFFECT: method allows to achieve stabilization of the lens, the performance of anterior circular capsulorhexis of precisely defined diameter, the formation of limbal corneal incisions with improved geometry for sealing, rapid and successful evacuation of the crystalline masses by automating the main operations processes.
