Proposed feeder has housing with intake and outlet branch pipes, rotor 4 with blades 5 secured tangentially relative to its surface. Blades 5 forming interblade spaces are secured at a distance from axis of rotation greater than half the width of intake branch pipe. Lower wall of outlet branch pipe is arranged tangentially relative to housing surface. EFFECT: increased capacity, provision of uniform delivery of material. 1 dwg
