SUBSTANCE: invention provides paint for out-door and in-door painting of buildings and constructions on wood, plaster, concrete, brick, and other porous surfaces as well as on primed metal and old painted coatings. Paint consists of aqueous emulsion of acrylic copolymer, polyacrylamide, pigments, aluminum hydroxide with specific geometric surface 5-20 sq.m/g, dispersing, preserving, anticorrosive, and foam-suppressing additives, antifreeze, aqueous ammonia, oxyethylated alkylphenol, water-methanol solution of formaldehyde, sodium carbonate, and water, all in specified proportions.
