FIELD: veterinary and medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: experimental animal is infected with virulent strain of brucella strain, slaughtered and after histological analysis of samples lymphatic regional nodes are taken off for the following micrometry of lymphatic follicles of cortex layer. In evaluation of virulence it is considered that values below 90, below 138 and 140 and above correspond to avirulent, weak virulent and high virulent strains of brucella, respectively. Invention provides the enhancement of precision and information content in evaluation of virulence of S-forms of brucella. EFFECT: improved assessment method. 1 tbl
